Zund made headlines because of its latest installation of the Zund S3 L 1600 in Jaipur, Gujrat. This new Gujrat plant of Flint Group installed the Zund kit known for its high speed. The system has high processing speed because of the in-built intelligent control technology, an advanced drive system, and other sophisticated tooling. Other features like optimal synchronized cutting, perforating, marking and routing tools complete the system.
Zund yet again grabbed attention at the recently concluded EDP Awards at FESPA, Zund also won the ‘Best Digital Cutting Systems Award’ as recognition to its outstanding contribution in the printing sector, from finishing to consumables to software. ZUND’s 3.6kW routing system RM-L was the star.
The 3.6kW Router System RM-L has pneumatic clamping system that is easily compatible with the Zünd G3 and D3 digital cutting tables. It works on up to 3.6kW of power and 0.7 Nm torque, the system provides its users an unprecedented level of force and performance on a multifunctional flatbed cutter. It is also capable of routing materials at depths of up to 50mm and working with bits with shaft diameters of up to 10mm.
