ColorJet to launch Verve Led Z 20 at Media Expo, enabling printing on curved and uneven surfaces

ColorJet Group is set to unveil its latest innovation, the Verve LED Z20, at Media Expo Delhi 2026, scheduled from 17–19 September 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The new flatbed UV printer is engineered to expand the possibilities of UV printing beyond conventional flat substrates, enabling high-quality printing on curved, contoured and uneven surfaces.

New Delhi, August 2026 —ColorJet Group is set to unveil its latest innovation, the Verve LED Z20, at Media Expo Delhi 2026, scheduled from 17–19 September 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The new flatbed UV printer is engineered to expand the possibilities of UV printing beyond conventional flat substrates, enabling high-quality printing on curved, contoured and uneven surfaces.

With a print area of 2500 × 1300 mm, the Verve LED Z20 is designed for specialty and industrial applications where conventional flatbed UV printers may face functional limitations.

Designed to Print Beyond the Flat

The Verve LED Z20 is powered by Industrial grade print head, designed to deliver stable and consistent ink performance across a wide range of substrates and surface profiles.

A key capability of the machine is its ability to accommodate media height variations of up to 20 mm, along with a maximum media height of up to 100 mm. This enables direct printing on products and substrates with curved, contoured and uneven surfaces, opening new possibilities for businesses looking to expand beyond conventional flat-surface applications.

Advanced Technology for Precision and Stability

The Verve LED Z20 integrates a range of technologies designed to deliver precision, stability and reliable performance across diverse applications.

Dual linear guides support smooth and vibration-free carriage movement, while the dual negative-pressure ink system helps maintain consistent ink flow. A four-zone vacuum table with registration pins ensures accurate substrate positioning, while the automatic height detection system adjusts the print gap according to media thickness.

The machine also features a Maglev linear motor for smooth and precise X-axis movement with reduced mechanical wear, supporting consistent print performance across a wide range of substrates and applications.

Opening New Application Possibilities

The Verve LED Z20 is designed to address a broad spectrum of specialty and industrial printing applications, enabling businesses to print directly onto curved, contoured, uneven and variable-height surfaces.

Its application potential spans specialty print service providers, industrial and component manufacturers, interior décor and architectural solution providers, promotional and custom merchandise manufacturers, specialty packaging companies and brand owners.

Potential applications include trays, suitcases, toys, handicrafts, customized doors/panels, industrial components, premium promotional products, lifestyle products, cosmetic/rigid packaging, décor elements and other shaped products.
