Recently, Monotech Systems, a manufacturer and supplier of products and solution for printing, packaging and publishing industry, has launched Pixeljet miniRTR.
The printer is equipped with Xaar printhead and is a dedicated roll-to-roll LED UV – curable printer, which comes in a six-colour and a four-colour plus white and plus varnish version. It handles a broad scope of flexible media for indoor and outdoor applications.
The miniRTR also includes UV LED lamps that enable the user to print on a wide media mix and to save energy, costs and time. The newly introduced printer has been designed for printing firms who are planning to shift from Eco-Solvent printing to UV printing on a limited budget.
With miniRTR, companies can have the leverage of offering digital enhancement with embossing effect. Moreover, one of the important features of the printer is its four-colour plus white varnish version that enables printing white colour in different modes, improving the opacity of the printed material as well as increasing colour contrast and readability.
