ColorJet Group continues its focus on establishing a sustainable print Eco System. Furthering this drive, the company has recently introduced a new set of printing technologies – SONIQ HQ & FLAGJET. MS Dadu, the Group Chairman, launched these new machines in a grand unveiling ceremony at Media Expo Mumbai 2020.
Explaining the new product launches, Smarth Bansal, DGM – Product Management said, “SONIQ HQ is a 3.2 metre Indoor & Outdoor high quality Eco Solvent Printer that can print up to a speed of 1175 sq. feet/hr. It supports all types of media of both Eco Solvent and Solvent base such as Canvas, SAV, PVC Banner, Backlit film, Window Film along with biodegradable & recyclable fabric solutions using ColorJet’s indigenous BioPrint™ Technology.”
He added, “Whereas, FLAGJET is a 1.8 metre Direct to Fabric Sublimation printer, that has been designed especially for Flags and Cloth Banner Printing. It easily prints on polyester base fabric and also uses environment friendly aqueous based inks which are internationally Oeko Tex Approved.”
Talking about ColorJet’s Make-in-India manufacturing facility, Bansal informed, “We have internationally accepted top notch manufacturing facilities which produce precision engineered machines of the highest quality. We take pride in the fact that we are the only Indian manufacturers who produce inkjet printers in India, with 75% manufacturing value addition. With our local operations, we serve our Indian customers readily, in terms of service and spare parts.”
With its in-house manufacturing capability, ColorJet feels proud to have launched two new products at Media Expo. Media Expo is India’s largest exhibition in the field of signage and advertising and has always provided the industry with innovative solutions in the field of signage, advertising, branding and printing.

Apart from the above two new launches, ColorJet is also displaying a UV Flatbed machine- Verve LED 2518 and also a 3.2 metre UV Roll-to-Roll Machine, the Vulcan.
