The Pixeljet POWERPRO is dedicated rollto-roll UV LED-curable printer, which comes in a six-colour and a four-colour plus white version, handles a broad scope of flexible media for indoor and outdoor applications. The POWERPRO is equipped with UV LED lamps that enable the user to print on a wide media mix. The four-colour plus white version stands out by its ability to print white in different modes, improving the opacity of the printed material as well as increasing colour contrast and readability.
This new printer is ideal for mid-to-high end roll media printing of all types. It features extremely low ink consumption, for faster printing, fewer passes and rich results. This rugged printer can print at a speed of 700 sqft/h and comes with reinforced beam for accurate dot placement, table mounted automated media positioning bar the registration of rigid, Shuttle safety sensors to prevent print heads from touching the substrate, Ionization bar mounted on each side of the carriage to remove electro static charges on the substrate, user-friendly graphic user interface etc.
The POWERPRO can also handle dual-roll printing. This option enables to double the productivity when printing on smaller media—whether it is paper, vinyl or polyester.
The machine houses latest generation of industrial prinheads to produce solid design with great accuracy. It is equipped with UV LED lamps that save time, costs and the environment, besides facilitating flawless media handling, white printing to improve opacity, colour contrast and readability, multilayer printing, dual roll printing to increase productivity and so on.
