StickEarn is a startup which specialises in vehicle out-of-home advertising, has been able to bag a seven-figure seed funding from East Ventures. Use of vehicle to promote brands is not new but their inventive & creative ideas set them apart from the rest. A spokesperson from StickEarn has also confirmed about the funding stating that the funds will be used to carry out the expansion in terms of product innovation, talent, marketing activities as well as operational costs.
With the motto to create and deliver powerful and memorable advertising, the company was launched in January this year. It aims to provide an “innovative outdoor advertising platform that connects drivers with advertisers”.
Currently, it operates across the 14 major cities across Indonesia, namely Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Solo, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Palembang, Malang, Padang, Medan, Bali, Makassar, Batam, and Pekanbaru. Along with its vehicle advertising platform, StickEarn delivers customised consultations and solutions for advertisers. Archie Carlson, co-founder of StickEarn, said the company has worked with 50 companies and at present has tens of thousands drivers as partners so far.
“StickEarn has two important goals outside of making profit. Firstly, we want to provide our clients (advertisers) access to a more effective and measurable advertising platform. Secondly, StickEarn aims to empower our partners (drivers) by providing them with additional income,” Sugito Alim, co-founder of StickEarn said.
