The Maha Mumbai Metro Operation Corporation Ltd, Mumbai (A part of MMRDA) is reported to have awarded the experiential and advertising rights to Signpost India Pvt. Ltd. Signpost won the bid amid biddings from seven major national and international advertising companies. Signpost India has also bagged Advertising & Promotion rights at Chennai International Airport, Chennai.
The Mumbai Metro Rail Network station advertising Rights are for a tenure of 15 years. Metro Lines 7 and 2A connect the Western suburbs of the linear city through the upcoming 30 modern metro stations and cater to Andheri, Jogeshwari, Goregaon, Malad, Kandivali, Borivali, Dahisar, etc. Under the agreement, Signpost India will work for the growth of non-fare revenue, a key element for the sustainability of public transport, based on a fixed revenue along with a revenue share model.
As per online media reports, the project involves five interchanges in the Mumbai Metro Lines 7 and 2A. These lines pass through the major corporate headquarters of Businesses, IT parks, entertainment and shopping hubs, Malls, Bollywood Film City and production houses encircled by green zones like Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Aarey.
Media reports quoting Dipankar Chatterjee, Co-founder & Director, Signpost India Pvt Ltd, have mentioned that Signpost India will bring in global media formats and design ideal for such large-scale projects. The experiential engagement will be a key factor in connecting with commuters to make everyday inspirational and transform ordinary journeys into extraordinary experiences.

The canvas covers the entire terminal and circulating area of Chennai International Airport. Signpost India will assist in sustainable development and enhancing the digital and service capabilities of the airport by working closely with the Airport Authority of India (AAI) Chennai, to achieve both economic and social objectives. Signpost India will create a new digital experience, providing high-quality products and services to set up a space full of innovation and quality through its DOOH expertise.
