LexJet has definitely grabbed eyeballs from all over the industry when it announced its range of complete solution for digital dye sublimation transfer printing; an Epson F-Series Dye-Sublimation printers with Wasatch RIP Software. With inclusion of this initial dye-sub solution, LexJet will be adding one more feather to its cap of already expanding diverse portfolio of digital print technologies and products.
The initial dye-sub solution will include: 3 Epson F-Series Dye-Sublimation printers with Wasatch RIP Software, Epson UltraChrome Dye-Sublimation Ink available in single- and six-packs, 3 Epson Dye-Sublimation transfer papers and ChromaLuxe aluminum photo panels.
The Epson F-Series printers need no introduction for their world-class performance with ink, print head and software. Now print service providers will also be able to generate high-resolution prints without having to worry about mismatched print head. Any chance of third-party ink combinations that result in substandard results leading to increased down-time will also be eliminated. The dye-sublimation technology will infuse the images into specially coated surfaces to provide the most durable, longest lasting print medium.
“This is just one of the innovative changes LexJet has made over the past few months, and we couldn’t be more excited about adding this dye-sub solution,” says Dean Lambert. “With this print technology addition, we look forward to helping our customers develop strategies to expand their offerings in décor, garment, exhibit and soft signage applications.”
