According to a leading website, Indore-based print service provider, Perfect Scan has recently opened a new manufacturing unit in Indore spanning across 20,000 sqft.
Over three decades old, the company specialises in digital printing, soft signages, POP material and textile printing. Earlier the company has a smaller unit spanning 9000 sqft area in Indore which has been closed and now shifted to a bigger space to increase their soft signage and POP material making business.
The smaller unit was proving to be a hurdle due to lack of space which was turning into a problem for soft signage, textile printing and POP making business. Printing and executing the final product properly was becoming difficult. The new facility is expected to help in delivering products as fast as possible.
Perfect Scan has also installed a Skyjet UV Back to Back printer in its new unit. As flexes are getting banned in states like Bangalore, Kerala and Madhya Pradesh, the company thought of shifting to soft signage. Skyjet can print on both sides of the cloth.
Besides Skyjet UV machine, Perfect Scan Indore unit is equipped with large format machines like HP XI jet, HP Latex, Konica eco-solvent printers, Roland Spectra solvent printers and two machines for cut-sheet digital printing. For finishing purposes, the company has router and laser cutting machine.
In 1999, Perfect Scan ventured into print business. The company also has a unit in Ahmedabad and Vadodara.
