HP has launched its revolutionary all-in-one R530 Latex Printer in India, a compact yet powerful innovation set to redefine the print service provider (PSP) landscape. Combining unmatched versatility with HP’s industry-leading sustainability standards, the printer is engineered to streamline workflows, reduce labor and space requirements, and open new avenues for business growth.
The printer leverages HP’s fourth-generation latex inks-certified by Ecologo and Greenguard-which are water-based, non-hazardous, and packed in recyclable cardboard cartridges. With 25–30% of the printer itself made from recycled plastic, HP continues to lead with its planet-positive commitment.
“Today’s PSPs are expected to do more with less, and the R530 delivers just that flexibility, quality, and sustainability in a single machine,” said Mr. Vitesh Sharma, Country Head – India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka. “With a seamless switch between rigid and roll-to-roll media in under two minutes, this printer enables consistent, high-quality output across materials such as wood, acrylic, aluminum, foam board, and even acoustic panels.”
At the launch event, Mr. Vitesh Sharma, Country Head -India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka for Large Format Printing Business, conducted a live demonstration of the R530 Latex Printer, showcasing its multi-surface capabilities and real-time productivity enhancements. Attendees witnessed firsthand how the printer delivers on quality, speed, and ease of use across diverse applications.
The R530 is not only about printing but about intelligent business transformation. HP also introduced a proprietary software solution that digitizes production management for small businesses, enhancing visibility, job tracking, and priority management on the go.
India was chosen as the launchpad owing to its robust economic momentum and infrastructure-led growth. From booming real estate and expanding retail footprints to the explosion of residential décor trends post-pandemic, the country’s demand for customized, premium, and sustainable print solutions is at an all-time high.
“This is more than a product launch; it’s a turning point,” added the spokesperson. “We’re witnessing a shift from traditional analog limitations to agile, scalable solutions backed by our technology and training partnerships across India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.”
HP will showcase the R530 Latex Printer at the upcoming Media Expo and Print25, where thousands of signage pioneers, print entrepreneurs, and production managers will witness firsthand how this innovation delivers faster turnaround, lower operational costs, and limitless creative possibilities.
