Perfect for printing on a variety of textiles, including knits, woven material, and lowand high-stretch fabric, EFI’s new Reggiani Renoir Flexy textile printer is the latest buzzword in the market. Incorporated with the company’s infamous Dynaplast fabric adhesion system the printer is able to perform with adjustable temperature and pressure. The printer offers its users choice of five different kinds of inks like reactive, acid, disperse direct, disperse sublimation, and textile pigment – for applications such as apparel and accessories, home textiles, sportswear, and footwear.
Further, the technically advanced textile printer offers eight printheads that comes with options to customize, operators can now choose between one and four passes for speeds up to 4306 sq ft/hr. The machine also has a new feature of a roll unwinder that helps in feeding material and folding or rolling material while it exits.
Max. Resolution is 2400 dpi with droplet sizes ranging from 4 to 72 pL. Additional features include inline double degassing and ink filtering, an embedded magnetic system for adhesive application, a head crash protective system, and more. An ink recovery system is designed to save users up to 95% in ink costs.
