Apart from the newly adopted Pixeljet® miniRTR, Dolphin Glow Sign’s production facility has already installed two Pixeljet® systems— Pixeljet® Ultron+ UV hybrid printer and Pixeljet® Prime solvent printer.
Mr. Dhingra adds that the Pixeljet® printers, which they already have in their production facility, are perfectly engineered to meet the sheer demands of various signage applications from their customers. Even the colorful wall graphics are gaining popularity among the kids’ rooms in many households. Pixeljet® miniRTR is a well-engineered system to print a broad range of interior décor graphics and many other applications. With its Piezo Drop-on-Demand technology, this roll roll-to-roll UV system features three RICOH industrial-grade printheads. This printer is capable to print up to a maximum print size of 1800 mm at the speed of 150 sq ft/hr in 2400 dpi resolution, depending on using the number of printheads and colour configuration.
