APL Machinery is a Faridabad-based print enhancement equipment manufacturer. It recently announced third sale of their fully automatic UV coating and curing machine to Gurgaon’s SML Labels. The machine can perform both full and spot coating and is equipped with UV dryer and IR dryer with hot air for UV and aqueous curing for IR respectively. 60 to 450 gsm of stock can be handled by the coater and can efficiently produce 6000 sheets per hour. Cross sheet detector, automatic delivery stacker and an Anilox coater system with doctor chamber blades are few important features to look out for.
“We are encouraged by the response for the machine so far, considering the short time since its launch and we expect a few more installations to happen in the coming months,” said Abhishek Paul, director of APL machinery.
