Bermuda Tourism definitely tried something different with the multimedia that uses vehicle recognition technology (VRT). The technology works by collecting and delivering personalised messages to specifically-targeted consumers. The campaign was developed together by Bermuda Tourism and Media Agency group (MAG). The eye-catching outdoor creative reads ‘Hello Bermudaful’ as the basic message to grain attention from the drivers and then is followed by personalized message. The personalised messages are activated when cars valued at more than £40,000, and which are less than four years old, drive in close proximity to the advertisements.
