Founded in 1881 by Kintaro Hattori, Seiko started as a watch business in Tokyo, Japan.

Presently, the company is a power house of digital printing with its highly potent printheads. Seiko Printheads
When it comes to printheads manufacturing, Seiko has a tremendous product lineup for the diverse demands of its clients. From 510BN Series, 508GS Series, 1024HG Series, to the latest RC1536 Series. All of these product series come with 3 distinct types of jetting structures: Binary, Greyscale and Circulation.
Every model series has a different jetting structure included. Binary is found in 510BN Greyscale is for 508GS Series and the 1024HG Series and the current flagship RC1536 Series comprises Greyscale and nozzle level recirculation. Eye to detailing and adding the appropriate features to printheads has made Seiko one of the leaders in the field.
Launching the RC1536A
Seiko recently launched its RC1536A printhead. It comes with the same state of the art robustness and unmatched productivity like the RC1536. The ingenious ink recirculation system of this printhead makes it applicable for a wide range of applications and various types of inks: including UV, Oil, Solvent or Aqueous (Water Based).
One can use this model for ceramics, glass, wood, apparel & home textiles, corrugated cardboards, varnish & coating, coding & marking, and additive manufacturing. It doesn’t end here. With higher pigment concentrations, the equipment gives the highest productivity of up to 2477 µL/sec per head with a greyscale comprising of 10 drops.
Another vital attribute of this device is its high jetting frequency and most importantly the recirculation technology ensures the lowest and easiest maintenance.
