Mrs. Nazreen Wadia is a Graduate and completed her education in Fashion Designing. She has experience for almost 18+ Years out of which about 4 years in Telecom Industry and about 14 years in the Printing Industry. Her interest is: Listening Music and travelling.

When and why did you think of your current profession although there are numerous other career opportunities?
I always loved Colors and that was the reason for me doing Fashion Designing. When I was interviewed for the printing Profession, I could relate to it and this fascinated me the most.
In a somewhat male-dominated industry, was it difficult initially to adjust yourself and how did you overcome difficulties, if any?
I have never experienced any discrimination in this industry. I am overwhelmed with the response the industry has given me.
Your observation about the trends now and in future in the advertising, branding and signage industry:
The current and future trends would be sustainable, digital and print on demand. The sooner you accept it; the better will be your future.
Your views about: International Women’s Day 2022 theme – “gender equality for a sustainable future……
Gender equality is not only an essential human right but a necessary foundation for a peaceful, prosperous and sustainable world. Now the world is accepting this fact and women are empowering higher designations and responsibilities in various sectors. The Change is happening for a better place to Live.
How do you strike a balance between work and home and what are the challenges?
It’s just the willingness to do both efficiently that can help you manage this balance.
What were the learning lessons from the Covid pandemic, both at home and in professional life?
The lesson Covid taught us was, working from home isn’t easy. It needs more dedication, more concentration and has to balance both work and professional life together.
