Welcoming top decision makers from the marketing, advertising, signage and OOH industry, Media Expo New Delhi 2019 opens today. The distinctive growth in exhibition space and exhibitor numbers highlight the strong position of the show to meet, network and source some of the best advertising tools available in the Indian market.

Opening today, this prominent fair has surpassed its exhibitor records with 220 companies displaying a massive 13% growth from its previous numbers. The showfloor that covers halls 8, 9,10,11,12, and 12A also demonstrates a 14% surge in exhibition space.

The on-going show in New Delhi reflects the country’s festive vibes as the showfloor bustled with business visitors exploring vibrant print samples and bright signage and POP displayed by the exhibitors. The show displays over 150 running machines giving first hand experience of the efficiency of technology used and quality of finished products.
Along with the industry’s quintessential needs like textile and flatbed printers, display equipments, vinyls and other marketing materials; popular trends like 3D printers and digital signages with build-in IoT systems also caught a lot of attention.
World’s largest 3D printer on display
Although 3D printing is still at a nascent stage, the usage of it will be vast in the coming years. In India, the sector is projected to touch USD 79 million by 2021*. One of the major product attraction at the show is ‘Massivit 3D’ by Arrow Digital – world’s largest 3D printer that can be used for POP and POS.
The machine, displayed for the first time in India, will be ready for live demonstrations and is used to create 3D POP displays, props, and selfie points, 2D/3D billboards and signage, innovative window displays, 3D moulds for thermoforming, channel letters and 3D logos, custom-shaped SEG frames (soft signage), and personalised pop-ups for stores and booths.
Apart from a wide range of product displays, the leading event is also encouraging knowledge-oriented discussions. The first day of the show is hosting workshops that will throw light on the upcoming trends and solutions to help leverage the indoor and outdoor advertising industry.
