Kinetic collaborated with Coca-Cola and MediaCom to colour Ireland in red, this Christmas season. The campaign was launched in mid-December at the Dx screen in Dundrum Town Centre with the help of creative agency Hogarth and Digital Out-of-Home production specialist, DOOH.com, to complement the festive spirit through Coca-Cola’s inventive Out-of-home campaign.
Keeping with the vivid and fun theme of the festive season, the dynamic DOOH campaign ran in Dublin utilising the Kinetic in-house digital content management system ‘D: FOUR’, which was powered by DOOH.com. The large format Dx screen in Dundrum Town Centre featured a real-time countdown to Christmas Day, courtesy of Coca-Cola.
The countdown to Christmas featured the number of days, hours, minutes and seconds remaining till Christmas. Also, the creative displayed Coca Cola tagline ‘Holidays are coming’ followed by the digital creative ‘unwrapping’ to introduce the famous Santa Claus holding the popular red labeled bottle.
The team from Kinetic ecstatically worked with Coca-Cola alongside the partners MediaCom, Hogarth and DOOH.com to deliver this fun, exciting and nostalgic campaign. The creative campaign combined classic Out-of-Home formats with dynamic DOOH content management system, D: FOUR, which resulted in a really engaging campaign. The unique countdown highlighted the real-time capabilities of DOOH while creating a sense of festive hype around the holiday season.
